Day 4.
Holding the temptation to eat late night… oh my all the instant noodle I can eat
At least… I can feel the differences in the morning! don't feel bloated or groggy.
Slowly dropping the weight- of course, it's the morning weight so the night weight will be different than now.
my midsection is too thick. fat. ewww!
Come the weigh in day- hopefully I'm a different person!
