Day 3



Pigged out a little last night.
went to all you can eat KBBQ and ate plates and plates of meat… without any exercise besides scheduled photoshoot.

Oh well.

I'm off to do 1.5hr of intense lifting before watching the World Cup Finals.
will post the workout log afterwards.

I'm so tired. Time to eat and watch the world cup on this gorgeous Sunday afternoon!
