Day 2


so far good progress- I suppose?

yesterday's workout log.

10(reps)x15(sets) Bench Press (135lbs)
10(reps)x15(sets) Bent over barbell row (135lbs)
10(reps)x10(sets) Hang Clean (135lbs)

I was so poooooooofed after that-

but the bad thing
I drank a bit too much :(
about 5beers/3shots/2whiskey

Therefore, the face is all blocked off- looked horrible
