WHAT...??

I am supposed to be losing weight! not gaining it...
I was down to 188lbs but now back up to 194!?!? what's going on...
Well weight is just number and I don't care about that. need to lose so much more weight on my belly
and gotta work on lower abdominal.
2 Things I dislike doing
1-running or any sort of cardio
2-abs... 

well if I don't do them I won't lose weight or belly.......
