Drop Sets.

Went to the gym with my brother to try out Scott Herman's drop set chest workouts.
O.M.G.

never felt so tired doing chest in awhile...

after warming up my shoulder and doing enough stretching

I started off doing flat bench press
245lbs- 8times
215lbs- 8times
185lbs- 8times
155lbs- 8times
135lbs- 8times
120lbs- 20times

235lbs- 8times

moved on to incline bench press

Decline Bench Press
and... by this time I was dying..
I could only push a little bit of 205lbs
and dropped down to 155lbs to finish it off.
