That's what I just did today...
I need to find a newer routine and maybe try something different.
I've been researching different workout routines often, but they are all similar and just different order.
Well. I have been hitting abs daily now. adding more cardio.
But, I need to get some sun! gotta get darker to maybe.... bring out the definition by darkening my skin. haha
