Jump roping!

Jump roping is such a great cardio exercise!
1 min of constant jump roping and 1 min of core exercise
1 ab -> 1 core -> 1 ab -> 1 core
for 30-40 mins without any break ends up with 15-20 mins of jump roping and core workout.
I've been doing that for past week and loving it.
super challenging but feel like getting better result than just running. 
built better endurance and definitely more on my abs.
still got a long way to go. but I've came a long way as well!... at least I think I did.
