canned Tuna.

I've been eating canned tuna all the time.
one small can of Albacore Tuna contains 20g of protein with very little calories and sodium.
Also, it is super easy to eat. There's no cooking involved with this canned tuna. I just pop open the can and it's ready!
Also, it is so much cheaper than chicken breast.
