Been too long

It's been too long since I had posted anything on this blog. However, it doesn't mean I have neglected my workout and diets. Actually I've been more focused and motivated to get bigger faster and stronger.

My workouts been consist of 3 major exercises.

Deadlift

Squat

Bench press

and lots of other compound movements to add strength and mass to my body.
