193lbs 12.2% body fat

Losing weight isn't the most exciting thing for me. I've lost 40+ pounds since my heaviest point.
Getting bigger is pretty fun and easy, I don't have to watch what I eat and run as much.
However... it's time for me to get serious on trying to lose weight. I have until 4.22 so that's, a little less than a month to lose about 13lbs of my weight.
180lbs!!! the weight I've always dreamed of being.
Well, my body weight hasn't really changed since last September... It's always been around 190lbs and never below... My body has definitely gotten alot bigger and more defined, but the weight hasn't changed. I've lost about 4% body fat since September, but no change in weight.
IT"S GOING TO BE SO HARD!!!
Time for me to put on my sweat suits and start running and do more P90X cardio exercises!!
Also, it will be good time to switch off my gear and do high reps with light weights.

Am I excited? ummm maybe. It's going to be super challenging. But, I've lost all that weight already no problem on losing a little more!!

Let's get this thing started!!

It's all about what I eat.

Noticed how much eating can instantly affect my body. I started exercising since I got back to Dallas from SF. Well, I did P90X at first month and half. that's when I dropped alot of body weight and toned up very quickly. I was also eating very clean meal everyday at home. Well, I saw a little change and stopped exercising for about couple of month. That's also with some stupid thing I was going through...
When that was all over, I decided it's time for me to get back to the gym. So, from early October till Now, I've been going to the gym or to my garage regularly to lift weights and exercise. However, it doesn't matter how much I exercise, if I don't eat enough protein or carbohydrates, my body is not changing and feel very weak all the time. Also, when I consume something I wasn't supposed to, instant noodles, ice creams, or any fried fast foods, I start to swell up very quickly...
Diet- the most important factor when working out regularly. I can go the gym 5,6 days out of a week, but if I get lazy and start cheating... it's all back to square 1. But, I exercise so I can eat whatever I want to eat. I guess, not until I feel really satisfied with the changes of my body... don't think that's going to happen anytime soon. But, I'll work hard!

Addiction

I have very addictive personality.
It's not the best quality a person can have... especially for a male. I get into things very easily and can't get out from it. Could be many things... but at the moment... it's working out.
It is one of the better addiction one person can have when compared to drinking or smoking. But the downside is that once I start something else, then I start to neglect my previous addiction. Which means.... I'm getting very lazy at taking photos. Lost my motivation / inspiration... where as working out... I can see the result coming along and gets me moving everyday.

So far, I've been trying out the MASS Appeal routine.
Chest, Tri, Shoulder
Back, Bi
Legs
and I like it... alot
I did skip legs many times and repeated push and pull again, but I do have gigantic legs...

I really need to spend more days resting. i feel fatigued...

If I can change, I know everyone can.

Scoliosis...?

I don't have the best posture in the world... but I try to sit up straight and sleep straight...
but the problem is that I carry my camera bag on my right shoulder...
and the bag usually weighs about 15+ lbs...
I've been using same bag and heavier weight for about 4 years now...
80% of the time on my right shoulder...
and as you can see my body is tilted down a little bit towards the right side...

it bothers me so much... and it's so uncomfortable
all of my clothes don't fit right because of this... and my chest is very uneven...
and I found out it's call "Scoliosis" which is a medical condition in which a person's spine is curved from side to side. (wiki)
It seems that to fix the problem, I'll have to wear a bulky back braces to hold my back straight...
or I could probably goto a chiropractor and get it fixed.
or... I could start wearing the bag on left shoulder for another 3 years maybe it will even out??

haha anyhow.

the work out has been going good so far. I see the progress little by little... and since the Day 1 of exercise, I've changed quite a bit.
I'm not satisfied, so I won't stop anytime soon... and I probably won't be satisfied with my body...
proportional wise.. haha Big head, short arms, and short legs... the worst combo I have...
But, I don't mind it at all!!
I'm getting more confidence in myself...
I'm still very afraid of gaining weight again.......
